Surrey alert issued over 'dangerous' caterpillar

Beware a 'dangerous' caterpillar, Surrey residents have been warned.The toxic caterpillars of the oak processionary moth (OPM) can trigger asthma attacks, fevers and severe skin rashes.People should keep clear of the caterpillars and their nests.Some staff at Kew Gardens are reported to have developed rashes after being stung by the poisonous hairs.And 30 children at a south London school also suffered rashes.The Forestry Commission has identified north Surrey as among the potential OPM...
