Surrey likes it hot: Spiciest curries are county's favourite

SURREY is one of the top ten spiciest curry regions in the UK, according to research from a food blog. Hari Ghotra, who runs an online portal dedicated to authentic Indian food, has put together a "curry heat map" for the UK, with a rating for every region. To create the tool, Hari collected five years of tweets containing the names of curries and, after using a social media monitorring tool, assigned a rating to each location based on the dishes mentioned.
