Man dies after Christmas Day fall outside pub in Bookham

A man died on Christmas Day outside a pub in Bookham after suffering head injuries following an accidental fall. The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance and the South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) were called to Lower Road, outside The Anchor pub, at 2.34pm. The man, described by air ambulance reports as an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene.
