A man wearing a hammer on his belt is reported to have shouted abuse at passengers on a bus.Police in Reigate and Banstead have released a witness appeal for anyone who saw the public order incident on the 405 bus between Netherne and South Coulsdon on March 22 at around 11.15am. The man is described as 5"8-6ft tall, of a muscular build, with light brown skin and a long black beard. He was wearing a black bomber jacket with a tool belt around his waist.
