Drivers on a busy Reigate road where temporary traffic lights were left after work had been completed have spoken about the "mayhem" caused.Delays of up to half an hour were caused on Cockshot Hill (A217) in both directions last Friday morning (April 28) due to the lights, which didn't actually need to be there.It wasn't until an unmarked police car arrived and an officer insisted the lights were removed that the problems eased.
