A man who was found with £50,000 of cash in the back of his Mercedes after being stopped by police in Leatherhead claims he earned the money from selling ice creams.Manjinder Sandhu, 35, appeared at Guildford Crown Court on Tuesday where a trial began, after being charged with one count of acquiring, using, or possessing criminal property.Opening the case, prosecutor Giles Morrison told the jury Sandhu was stopped on September 21, 2015 on the A244 in Leatherhead.
