Surrey Police are appealing for help in finding a missing 12-year-old girl who was last seen in Horley.Winnie Maugham was last seen yesterday (September 5) and officers are now growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.Winnie is described by police as white, 4ft 7in tall and of a small build.
