Long delays on the A23 at Hooley following 'collision'

​There has been a reported collision on the A23 at Hooley this evening which is causing long delays in both directions.Traffic is moving at about 5 miles per hour in the area heading north from the junction with the A23 and southbound queues are already stretching back to the roundabout junction with the A237.The incident, which some witnesses are reporting as a collision between a bike and a car, took place just north of the junction with Netherene Drive.Also read: Dog left sreaming and...
