Horley's only Ukip councillor switches to Conservatives

Horley's only Ukip councillor has defected to the Conservative party.Christian Stevens, who was elected to represent the Horley Central ward in May 2014, officially left the party in January and joined the Conservatives last week.Mr Stevens told the Surrey Mirror: "It's nothing to do with any local issues.
