Leatherhead bypass to remain shut all day due to burst water main

A major Leatherhead road is expected to be closed until at least tomorrow morning after a burst water main and freezing conditions combined to make the road to dangerous. Water was found to be leaking onto the surface of the A24 Leatherhead bypass at 4pm yesterday afternoon. It was closed at 9.30pm after concerns over freezing surface water.
