Empty Dorking restaurant being taken over by Michelin star chef

A Michelin star chef is setting up his next restaurant in Dorking after securing the lease to the Grade II listed Little Dudley House. Steve Drake, who has achieved Michelin stars at two separate restaurants, has announced that he will be launching his new restaurant, Sorrel, in the town this spring. Mr Drake is a former winner of the prestigious Roux Scholarship and has worked in some of Europe's finest kitchens including The Oak Room, under the mentorship of Marco Pierre White. READ MORE:...
