A "natural and warm" Leatherhead GP who treated more than 3,000 patients over a period of 35 years has died.Dr Norman Lewis, known as Tim, died on Sunday (February 26) aged 91, at a care home in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, where he spent the final year of his life. He had previously lived in Bookham, on Lower Road, for ten years and for more than 35 years lived on Epsom Road, Leatherhead where he saw thousands of patients both at his home and at his surgery in Orchard Close.
