New 420-place primary school planned for Merstham with Chart Wood...
A new 420-place primary school could be created in Merstham as Chart Wood School prepares to move to Dorking.The new primary is being considered for Chart Wood's Taynton Drive site, alongside an already confirmed new 900-place secondary school called Lime Tree High School.Chart Wood, which currently has bases in Merstham and Chart Lane South in Dorking, will relocate staff and pupils to its Dorking site into a new building to make room.At a cabinet meeting on February 28 Surrey County...
