Lines closed and train delays as supermarket trolley blocks track...

A supermarket trolley dumped onto train tracks between Oxted and East Grinstead is causing delays this morning (Tuesday). Engineers have had to turn the electrical power off for both tracks so they could remove the trolley, which was first reported at 6.28am by Network rail. This caused the line to close in both directions, and while the line has now re-opened and the trolley has been removed, delays are ongoing.
