Police want to speak to a man with links to Oxted about a series of fraud offences committed against lone, elderly women. Officers would like to speak to Stuart Jackow, 26, about offences committed against women aged between 70 and 91 over a 14-month period from February 2016 until April 2017. Jackow is described as a white man, approximately 6ft 4ins tall and of large build. He has links to Croydon and Oxted.
