Horley residents have set up a campaign to stop Uber operating in Horley over drivers allegedly "urinating and defecating" in a car park.Many Uber drivers base themselves in the High Street car park, in Consort Way East just off the High Street, after being given 50 dedicated spaces by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council in October last year.These spaces were allocated following concerns from residents about drivers using other car parks in the town.The campaign, named "Horley...
