The disappearance of a man from Banstead has been described as "out of character" by Surrey Police as they appeal for the public's help in finding him.Tony Hayes, 73, was last seen by his family at his home address around 6.30pm on Wednesday, December 28.Officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare because it is unusual for him to be out all night and he does not have his phone with him.Tony is a white man around 6ft tall with short white hair and glasses.READ MORE:...
