Two lanes are closed between Reigate and Leatherhead on the M25 after two accidents. 12 miles of traffic has formed on the clockwise section of the M25 after an accident between a car and a van and a separate broken down van forced the closure of two lanes between junction eight for Reigate and junction nine for Leatherhead.
