Dorking gets 30-minute free parking bays

Dorking shoppers will now have the option of 30-minute free parking after Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) approved 25 free spaces in the town.At a meeting of the council's executive committee on November 22 it was agreed that bays representing 2% of the town's total car parking capacity in Reigate Road, Wathen Road, Southside, West Street, South Street and St Martin's Walk car parks will be free for half an hour.
